NFL Coaching Changes: Jets, Saints, Bears and More

Hiring Carroll would be a home run for the immediate future. It could significantly change the team’s culture.

Additionally, it would help groom his replacement for when he decides to retire.

Las Vegas Raiders: This franchise has often been compared unfavorably to the Cowboys and Jets in terms of management.

Tom Brady now plays a role in football decisions. This involvement creates a sense that the Raiders may be headed in the right direction. Brady will not allow the team to settle for a plan C or D coach.

Let’s be honest. Leading a team for the greatest quarterback of all time would certainly be an impressive honor.

Brady could help the team recruit Ray Agnew, the current assistant general manager of the Detroit Lions. Ironically, Agnew played his last game with the Rams against Brady. It was also his first championship.

Agnew could provide support for the head coach, Ben Johnson. The front office team includes Ray Agnew and Ben Johnson. Tom Brady is the face of the franchise in Las Vegas. The once-legendary team has the potential to return to consistent success.

Jacksonville Jaguars: This franchise is closely tied to Trevor Lawrence and his development as a quarterback. Not many current coaches are as skilled at developing quarterbacks as Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator Joe Brady.

Brady took a talented Josh Allen and helped him become a potential legend in the making. Lawrence would greatly gain from Brady’s offensive skill, as they could unlock the full range of his abilities.

Brady would need a strong defensive coordinator for support. Like many first-time coaches, he has the potential to become the next Sean Payton or Sean McVay.
